In 1933 Hitler's National Socialist Workers Party received apx 33% of the vote which the the biggest percentage of any political party in Germany. As such Hitler was selected to be Chancellor of Germany to Hindenburg's President. Hindenburg was 85 and in 1934 passed away. It was soon after that, that Hitler started to coalesce his power in Germany.

So it is a matter of how much does Obama wana be prez, as in iif he doesn't take Hill then those BOyz will pony up the dinero in the Billions to McCAin.

Setting aside the efficacy of California's Supream Courts decision to overturn the Gay marriage ban under the equal protection clause, it was Mayor of San Francisco Gavin Newsom's comments that proved irksome. Mayor Newsoms gleeful comment pronouncing that California is the leader in the nation on Gay rights and that those rights will soon be coming to your state and town is viewed pejoratively in the rest of America. Unfortunately it casts California in the light of being Gay Central to the rest of the nation.

Has Ted Kennedy's political power disappeared with his grim diagnosis? Hillary seems to think so, she is now threatening to take her case to the convention floor to win the nomination. If Ted Kennedy had been diagnosed 2 months earlier would Obama have become the front runner? This may have been the event that Hillary was praying for. Something to put the nomination back in play. As grievous as Ted Kennedy's circumstances are this is reality. Power abhors a vacuum and without Ted Kennedy's on the job presence a vacuum has appeared.

Today the Democrats dig the hole a little deeper with every word of rebuttal they say about GW's comments before the Knesset. The media has picked up the story and is turning it into a media frenzy. All at the expense of the Democrats trying to justify their position. However all it makes the Democrats seem like are Nazi "Appeasers" in the end. The Republicans have launched the first of their Trojan Horses that are designed to let the Democrats self destruct. This is worthy of a Carl Rove award, and they say GW isn't very smart?

Today President GW Bush fired the first salvo in the struggle between the Republicans and Democrats for the White House in November. By invoking the Nazis in a speech before the Knesset in Israel, GW hammered a wedge between the Jewish vote in America and the Democratic Party's front runner by painting the Democratic front runner as a Nazi appeaser. The wining strategy for the Republicans is going to be divide and conquer. Split off the different demographic groups in the Demcoratic Party by painting its front runner as a Liberal Extremist.

The United States recent foreign policy approach to Iran has been flawed strategically. The demand that the Iranians cease and desist from treating with terrorist organization as a precondition to negotiations was destined to failure. A better approach would have been to enter into negotiations with the Iranians and making it in their best interest to turn away from those organizations by offering them incentives every step of the way to do so. Someone from Nevada might call it the old carrot and the stick ploy.

The threat that Terrorism poses is not in the event itself but the reaction of the financial markets to that event. A major event in an American city could result in a run on the bank, thus causing a crisis of liquidity which would then melt down the system. That is what nearly every nation in the world recognized after 911. That is why Al Qaeda poses such a threat to the status Que. That is also why the USA has to respond swiftly and surely militarily to reassure the world that the status Que is still viable.

The upcoming primaries in WV and Kentucky will give Hillary a clear picture of the support she has. Hillary is expected to win handily in both of those primaries. If she loses or wins by a squeaker as she did in Indiana, it maybe time for her to consider bowing out. However if she does as expected and finishs stongly that makes her still viable for the nomination. It will show that her support has not erroded and that Obama still is not able to penetrate the White Blue Collar vote.
