By knowing a persons life history, keenly listening and by observation of what the man says and does one can get a pretty clear picture of what he is all about. Also by listening to others observations and perceptions one can fill in the blanks. One then puts the pieces of the puzzle together to get a clear picture of what makes him tick. The picture has to hold together or work or one has to go back and redefine. when a new fact comes in it has to fit into the puzzle or one has to redefine.

Sentiment about the economy in the country is going south and fast. Ever since Tim Geithner spoke on the Tuesday before last, the Stock Market has not had a single up day. It has trimmed approximately 800 DOW points.

I don't demonize Obama as being the worst person nor most foolish in the world. He is human and has his likes and dislikes attributes and flaws like all of us. He tends to look at things from a different perspective that millions seem to share with him. A glass half full or half empty is a simple analogy if you will. After writing to you I thought there is some greatness in him and that is to be able to pull from his depths an ability to write and deliver eloquent speeches that express the feeling of the times.

Events just don't pop up out of no where and take place. They are the logical or sometimes not so logical outcome of past events. If one is to understand an event one must have a view of history or past events and be able to put them into a context where one can see how one affected the other. How this chain reaction of events played out. So in this context President Obama is not orchestrating an agenda of change but riding the crest of a wave of change.

The crux of the problem for some people is to understand that in the universe as in ones personality there is a duality. The practical application of that understanding is the issue, some people like Bill Clinton are able to understand both sides of the equation and use it to practical advantage. What follows is the abstraction of that concept and the how and why it works.

For 30 years American and Western European Foreign Policy efforts regarding Iran have been a FAILURE. One would think that in that time one could get it right. We haven't,if history is any indication using the same approach will continue to be a failure. The results of such a failure might well be catastrophic and lead to a conflagration in the next 3 to 10 years.

Why have Western foreign policy efforts had such dismal results.

My internal consistency is shot when it comes to defining who and what an Obama is. I have been trying to define who Obama is? I keep putting the pieces together and no model seems to work in its entirety. I have been looking for the defining piece which makes everything make sense?
