Getting a handle on this brave new age of change is intellectually difficult. For all that we have known since the end of WW2 is passing away. The idea of hearkening back to what we have known is the overwhelming tendency. Yet the face of America is changing before our very eyes and a brave new era of change is upon us. What will the new dynamic in America be is the question?

Two hundred years ago Thomas Jefferson envisioned America as being an agrarian utopia. Thomas Jefferson vision is about to take place, for President Obama's Cap and Trade carbon reduction program will accomplish this within several decades.

The unintended consequences of President Obama's vision for America is not only going to bankrupt Americas future but it is also going to leave the majority of Americans impoverished. the following results will ensue from this program.

Have to agree with most of Ms Ifills* conclusions. The one exception is about President Obama's "stumbling" and stuttering in real time "Q and A." Ms Ifill seems to think it is the "turning of the wheels" of his mental process.

Watching the Charlie Rose interview of Nancy Pelosi tonight I began wondering where I could get some of the Kool Aid she was drinking. Then it dawned on me that she must have been the Acid Queen who dispensed the Electrically laden Kool Aid at the Ken Kesey Acid Tests in the early 1960's. Her underlying frenetic and staccato demeanor seems so eerily reminiscent of Dennis Hoppers character in the movie Apocalypse Now as to be prescient.

The area that I have wanted to address, but have not yet done so is the area of quantifying imagination.

Instinct is the unspoken area of relying on the vast repository of human knowledge and experience that is reflected in our gentic makeup. This is the basis of Jungian Psychology.

The area of intution is a connection between emotion and instinct. You are feeling something in a given situation and that repisitory of human experience tells you what that is.

It would be a dangerous assumption to think Zero is a zero. Zero has a difficulty dealing in REAL TIME and that makes him seem like he is a zero. He needs prep time to make decisions, without prep time he is all over the place. Every President when he steps into the office has a learning curve. Will he learn to adapt, or will the crushing weight of responsibility cause him to crack? For the office is not a place to sit back and meditate, but a REAL TIME adventure.

Within the first couple of months of the Bush admin back in 2001, the Chinese Air Force had an "INCIDENT" with an American surveillance aircraft near Chinese airspace. The result was one of their fighter planes crashed killing the pilot and our surveillance plane was damaged and forced to land in Chinese territory. The Bush admin made a vaguely worded apology that basically saved face for all parties involved.
