The newly elected Govenator ARHOLD floated a Bond Issue to cover the deficit. In the past 5 years the revenues in California increased by $24,000,000,000.00 a year. California OUTSPENT those new revenues with an increase in government bureaucracy and is NOW facing another $15,000,000,000.00 deficit. The Democrats JUST DON"T KNOW WHEN TO STOP SPENDING out in California. What makes anybody think it would be any different on the national level?
